About this app
The Creative Industries Festival app is a companion for attendees of the Creative Industries Festival, run by Docklands Creative in partnership with the University of East London. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. You must be 16 or older to create an account, or have a parent or guardian's permission. Please give accurate information when you sign up.
Acceptable use
Use the app to browse the programme, build your schedule, and book sessions. Do not misuse it — for example by attempting to access other people's accounts, disrupt the service, or submit false or harmful content. We may suspend access if these terms are broken.
Booking sessions
Session capacity and tickets are managed by Eventbrite and the festival organisers. Booking a session through Eventbrite is subject to their terms. The app shows availability as accurately as we can, but places are confirmed by Eventbrite and the venue.
Content
Programme details, images and venue information are provided for your personal use during the festival. Please don't copy or republish them without our permission. Content you add to your profile must not infringe anyone else's rights.
Availability
We aim to keep the app running smoothly throughout the festival, but we can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Some features depend on third-party services such as Eventbrite. Occasionally we may update or change features.
Liability
The app is provided to help you plan your festival experience. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for losses arising from its use, including missed sessions or third-party booking issues. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Changes to these terms
If we update these terms we will change the date below. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
